Semler Group’s retail division consists of two retail chains, both of which sell and service the group’s brands.

SMC-Biler A/S

SMC-Biler A/S owns a nationwide chain of 13 authorised car companies. The companies became an actual chain on 1 January 2004. The idea behind the 13 SMC-Biler businesses and their locations nationwide was - and still is - to set new sales and service standards for Danish car owners. SMC-Biler sells and services four of Semler Group’s car brands. SEAT ŠKODA Porsche Volkswagen passenger cars Volkswagen commercial vehicles The SMC-Biler chain also services Audi, except in Gladsaxe where Audi is serviced by Audi Gladsaxe.

Greater need for advisory services
One of the new standards set by SMC-Biler has changed the traditional concept of car purchase and maintenance. The car dealer of the future integrates all phases of the life cycle of the car into a total solution and, with a view to the rapid development of the car industry, SMC-Biler has trained its employees to provide broader advice - on car purchase, maintenance, finances and financing solutions.

The 13 SMC-Biler businesses have a common identity, based on values such as quality, safety and security. Taking these values as their starting point, our approx. 850 employees make a daily effort to ensure keen focus on a good customer experience at local level.

Semler Audi Detail A/S

Since 1 October 2008, Semler Audi Detail A/S has been the exclusive dealer for Audi in Denmark.

The company was founded on 1 January 2007 and its aim is to support Audi AG’s and Skandinavisk Motor Co. A/S’ strategy to establish an exclusive dealer network in Denmark that will focus solely on Audi in the future.
