Semler Ejendomme A/S has an agreement with Semler Gruppen on the administration of all of the group’s properties across the country.

The administration of the properties on headinvolves:

Procurement of cleaning and security contracts Contact to authorities Monitoring of energy consumption Building maintenance and performance of small repairs Care of green areas Inspection of the buildings’ improvements and changes to decor

With respect to other properties around the country, administration includes:

Contact to authorities Inspection of building improvements and changes in layout

The following is relevant to the administration of all properties:

Financing of large conversions and extensions Acquisition of new properties for use by Semler Gruppen Sale of properties that can no longer be used by Semler Gruppen Contact to credit associations with respect to the mortgaging of properties
