Administration of the properties
Semler Ejendomme A/S has an agreement with Semler Gruppen on the administration of all of the group’s properties across the country.

Many different tasks
The administration of the properties on headinvolves:

  • Procurement of cleaning and security contracts
  • Contact to authorities
  • Monitoring of energy consumption
  • Building maintenance and performance of small repairs
  • Care of green areas
  • Inspection of the buildings’ improvements and changes to decor

With respect to other properties around the country, administration includes:

  • Contact to authorities
  • Inspection of building improvements and changes in layout

The following is relevant to the administration of all properties:

  • Financing of large conversions and extensions
  • Acquisition of new properties for use by Semler Gruppen
  • Sale of properties that can no longer be used by Semler Gruppen
  • Contact to credit associations with respect to the mortgaging of properties
