Semler Ejendomme A/S has an agreement with Semler Gruppen on the administration of all of the group’s properties across the country.
Many different tasks
The administration of the properties on headinvolves:
- Procurement of cleaning and security contracts
- Contact to authorities
- Monitoring of energy consumption
- Building maintenance and performance of small repairs
- Care of green areas
- Inspection of the buildings’ improvements and changes to decor

With respect to other properties around the country, administration includes:
- Contact to authorities
- Inspection of building improvements and changes in layout

The following is relevant to the administration of all properties:
- Financing of large conversions and extensions
- Acquisition of new properties for use by Semler Gruppen
- Sale of properties that can no longer be used by Semler Gruppen
- Contact to credit associations with respect to the mortgaging of properties
